Congratulations and thank you for choosing Lost Oaks Subdivision as your new home. We would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to the community and provide you with some information.

Lost Oaks is a small gated community consisting of 124 homes. We have a community park and pavilion complete with barbeque available to all members and which can be reserved by homeowners for special events.

The Lost Oaks Homeowner Association was established in 1985 by the builders and some of the original homeowners. Board members are voted upon at the annual LOHA meeting which is held in September in the park. Watch for notices about the specific date.

Annual assessments are due January/February each year. Assessments are used to landscape and maintain irrigation systems for the common areas. Other expenses include insurance, maintenance and operation of the entry gate, utilities for street lights, and other maintenance of common areas to include painting and surfacing of roads.

We have compiled some information for you in the hopes that it will make your transition a little easier. We encourage you to get involved in your new community and get out and meet your neighbors. We are excited you are here!
